  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  4. For oven baking: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roast the marinated tri tip on a pan for about 25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F for medium rare.
  5. Allow the meat to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
