  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jello
  • 1 ¾ cups whipped cream
  • Fresh blueberries and strawberries

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form an even layer.
  2. Prepare the blue layer by dissolving berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix in cold Greek yogurt and fold in blueberries before pouring over the crust.
  3. For the cream cheese layer, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, then gently fold in whipped cream before spreading on top of the blue layer.
  4. Create the strawberry layer by dissolving strawberry Jello in boiling water, adding iced water, and folding in sliced strawberries before layering it over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Serve chilled with whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
