  • 2 ounces shredded cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Microwave the spaghetti squash for 4-5 minutes to soften. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  3. Season the squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper; place cut-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes until fork-tender.
