  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)

  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  4. Lower the oven temperature to 400°F. In a small baking dish, layer marinara sauce, one-third of the zucchini, mozzarella, and remaining parmesan. Repeat layers two more times.
