  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

  • 1 Tbsp Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
  • 3 leaves green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with Italian dressing, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped pepperoncini, and roasted red bell peppers until smooth.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, and lettuce off-center.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels before serving.
