  • 17.3 oz Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets (2 pack)
  • 7 oz thinly sliced black forest ham
  • 8 slices mild cheddar cheese
  • Dijon/Yellow/Honey Mustard (about 1 tsp per pocket)
  • 1 large egg (whisked)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Cut each puff pastry sheet into fourths and roll slightly thinner.
  3. On half of each square, place 3 slices of ham and fold one slice of cheese in half on top.
  4. Add a small amount of mustard over the filling.
  5. Brush the edges with whisked egg, fold over the top half, and seal by pinching or crimping with a fork.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Cut slits on the top for ventilation, brush the tops with egg wash, and bake for 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
