Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in the egg yolks and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Scoop small balls of dough onto prepared sheets and create thumbprint indentations.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes; cool on racks.
